Ferris Consulting can provide a unique perspective to clients. We know the Integrators, so we can guide the client to who has the technical proficiencies necessary to complete a job. We have experienced the bidding process, which allows us to communicate effectively with all parties involved. Having many contacts with the various AV Vendors, allows us to get the real information on any piece of equipment.

We can program for the three Major Control Manufacturers (Extron, Crestron, AMX). After doing it for years, there are articles written about our work. Ferris Consulting works on a Ad Hoc Basis (hourly rate) or on a Quote Basis with a deposit.

With AV Certification Training, we have tutored Sales Staff, Installers, Service Technicians, Field Engineers, Project Engineers, and Design Engineers with all of the listed Certifications. We average a 10 point jump in score after three, 1 hr sessions. These tutoring services are unique in the industry.

What Does a “Unique Perspective” Mean?

Our role in any project is to be the Client’s AV Ambassador.  We keep the Client involved every step of the way.  After all, while it is our design, it is YOUR AV-enabled space.  We aim to provide a solution that you will be pleased with for years to come.

We are designers who have been  integrators.  This background enables us to communicate the Client’s vision to an Integrator and speak the AV Integrator’s “Language” to accurately collaborate with the Client and Integrator.  This means the Client knows what their solution is and the Integrator knows what they are providing.  We stay involved in the process from Client Vision to Project Completion.

We view every member (the General Contractor, the Electrician, the AV Integrator, the Client, etc…) -on the project as part of the same team.  That team’s goal is to deliver a space that realizes the Client’s vision.  When we visit the job site, we want our team members to be happy to see us.  No one can do everything. We're here to help get it done.
